Article 1 Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tutoring services (“Services”) provided by USEB Academy (“USEB”) to any student (“Student”) and/or their legal guardian (“Client”).
- USEB: The educational service provider delivering the tutoring Services.
- Client: The individual entering into the agreement with USEB.
- Student: The recipient of the tutoring Services.
- Services: All tutoring and academic support activities offered by USEB.
- Office: The official USEB teaching premises.
Article 2 Structure of the Services
2.1. Each Student begins with a paid 2-hour trial session, including a 10-minute break.
2.2. Students may then enroll in a Regular Package of seven (7) 2-hour sessions.
2.3. Sessions take place at the USEB Office unless otherwise stated.
Article 3 Payment Terms
3.1. Package fees are paid in two installments:
- 50% on the day participation is confirmed after the trial session.
- 50% within 14 days.
3.2. All payments are strictly non-refundable.
3.3. Hourly rates:
- 4+ Students: 5,000 HUF/hour
- 3 Students: 6,500 HUF/hour
- 2 Students: 8,000 HUF/hour
- 1 Student: 12,000 HUF/hour
3.4. Payment may be made via Revolut or cash.
3.5. Services start only after the first installment is received.
Article 4 Attendance and Cancellations
4.1. Group sessions proceed regardless of absences. No make-ups or compensation are offered.
4.2. Individual sessions may be rescheduled only if canceled 24 hours in advance.
4.3. If USEB cancels a session, it will be rescheduled.
Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights
All study materials, slides, visuals, and digital content used in USEB sessions are the exclusive property of USEB Academy and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Article 6 Facilities
Anatomy models, printer access, and study materials are provided free of charge. Complimentary tea and coffee are available.
Article 7 Liability
USEB performs Services with due care but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. USEB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the paid package value.
Article 8 Privacy and Data Protection
USEB processes personal data solely for service delivery and administrative purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is not shared with third parties without legal basis or consent.
Article 9 Termination
The Client may terminate the agreement only after completing the purchased package. USEB may terminate immediately in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of terms.
Article 10 Final Provisions
USEB may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on the USEB website.
